You double click the icon, expect things to load up, but end up playing the never-ending waiting game. Steam does have the tendency to just not open.
However, on the odd occasion, Steam decides that, on this occasion, the opposite is much more appealing. Sometimes, all you want to do is come home, load up the PC, and play one of your favorite FPS games to help de-stress after a long day.
